When Receiving Your Product
Before signing the delivery receipt, check if there is any damage or issue with your product's box. If there is any damage, deficiency, or if the seal of the box is broken, return the box to the courier without signing any delivery documents and request a report to be made. Once you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be sent to you immediately. We are not responsible for any damage or missing items of products that are accepted with damaged packaging or claimed to be incomplete.
